PRICING

DAY-OF COORDINATION – $1900

This includes unlimited phone and email communication starting the month prior to the event, a venue visit, two consultation meetings, a timeline, and all coordinating hours on the day of the event (including one assistant) from as early as necessary until all vendors have left unless otherwise arranged.

CONSULTATIONS – $50 per hour.  2 hour minimum.

These can be helpful for any number of reasons.  You need someone to help you put together a rental list. You’d like a professional to look over your plans thus far and troubleshoot your work. You want help finding a venue, putting together a bar list, finding a caterer that fits your style… no problem.

PARTIAL COORDINATION- $3600

This includes everything from our “Day-of Coordination” package as well as three additional face-to-face meetings, recommendations and contact information for any vendor needs and unlimited email and telephone communications for 4-months prior to your event.

FULL COORDINATION – $5000+
